Fulfilment

• In-stock products are set to ship within 3 - 5 business days after the order has been processed. 
• Made-to-order products (sizable items such as rings or necklaces’ chains) are set to ship 1 - 2 weeks after the order has been processed. 

Note: As all works are hand-made, please keep in mind that slight differences may occur between pieces. An image of the particular item that will be sent to you is provided prior to shipping. Request for an alternate stock should be made at this stage.

• Domestic Shipment (Within Canada) Only

Return Policy

• All purchases are final. All items are individually inspected before being sent out and you are provided with an ID of the specific item you are due to receive (see *Note). 
• A refund, return, or exchange will only be issued for special cases that are agreed upon. Please email merodeii.jewellery@gmail.com for this arrangement within the first 7 days upon receiving your package.    
• Please be aware that there are no refunds on shipping fees.

Note: merodeii (Melody Juthamongkol) will not be held accountable for damages inflicted on the products by the courier.

Alterations

• merodeii will not accept non-local alteration requests. Sizable items (i.e. rings, necklace chains, etc.) are made to order therefore, please be certain of the size, length, etc. prior to submitting your order.   

Note: Local: Downtown Toronto Area. Alterations and repairs will be charged. Please email to arrange the requests.
